Quite the contrary , I found out the hard way when my body collasped from years of processed foods and chemicals . In hindsight I now know better , but only because I did the research , went to a nutricianist , read labels , and started eating as much organic as possible . HFCS , aspertame , surclose , equal etc will if used on a daily basis cause all types of cancers , growths and tumors all over your body as well as imbalance insulin . I don't agree with the drink being unhealthy. If you consume a normal amount of the vitamin water it won't be an issue. Just like any other food or drink a little moderation is healthy.
