Latif commended the bowling performance, especially praising the spinners, but he raised concerns about the batting order and the overall balance of the team, particularly regarding the form of star player Babar Azam. When asked about a potential clash between India and Pakistan, Latif remarked, "The decision lies beyond the players' control; it rests with both governments. Currently, I don’t foresee any opportunity for that match to happen.
